The Affair Restro Bar (Marco Polo Hotel, Al Muteena Street, Deira, Dubai) collects the details you submit on this page for one purpose: managing your entry into the Friday Pool Tournament.
- What we collect: your name, mobile number, optional email address, chosen tournament date and any notes you add.
- Why: to reserve your slot, send your enrollment confirmation, call or message you about schedule changes, and run the draw on the night.
- What is public: only the player name shown on the board (your nickname, or your first name and last initial) and the tournament date. Phone numbers, emails and notes are never shown publicly and are visible only to our staff.
- Sharing: we do not sell or share your details with third parties. Email delivery is handled by our email provider solely to send your confirmation.
- Retention: entries are kept for up to 12 months for tournament records and then deleted.
- Your rights: you can ask us to correct or delete your entry, or remove your name from the public board, at any time by calling 050 756 1124 or messaging us on WhatsApp.
- Marketing: we only message you about this tournament unless you separately opt in to our event updates.
